I love him and loved that interview!
hi - thank you@@@@####!!!!!!!
i love that bedroom of his - isn't it gorgeous!!!!! this is so sweet of you to do this for us. much appreciated Lana.
I have one of his books...Crossing Boundaries...that relates his travel experience to colors and textures in decorating. Retrained classicism and color. A deft touch.
Right Bank - agreed! I love his artistic approach to design. His rooms are like 3-dimensional modern paintings.
Joni - You deserve it! I also love that bed design he does, combining the modern 4-poster frame with a baroque headboard.
Trouvais - I'm adding his book to my Christmas list.

Love your blog - found it through Mrs. Howard Personal Shopper - and then I see this picture of my girlfriend's bedroom. It looks so much better from that angle than the pix they used in Elle Decor. And of course - it looks great in person!
Blue Barn - Thanks! That is one beautiful bedroom! Would you happen to know which issue of Elle Decor it was in?

Lana:
It was the May 2009 issue - - here's a PDF of the article:
